At Eternal Diagnostics Lab LLC,  we do not accept insurance for payment. Instead, we charge a draw fee. Identification and Insurance information is collected and provided with specimens to the processing laboratory to bill for testing of blood and urine specimens. 

Eternal Diagnostics Lab is an independent point of service collection site for bloodwork and other bodily fluids. We collect your specimen and deliver it to the appropriate lab for testing, Our goals are to decrease your wait times and make your services more personal. Bloodwork will still be processed through you insurance through preferred lab..  

 "Fasting" means abstaining from food for 12 hours and only consuming water during that time. You do not need to withhold water intake during this period. It is highly recommended to drink water 1-2 hours before a blood draw, unless instructed by your healthcare provider that your test is NPO. 

To use the services of Eternal Diagnostics Lab, a lab order is required, with the exception of self-pay orders. Patients have several options for submitting the order to Eternal diagnostics Lab LLC.. They can bring the lab order to the office in person, or they can fax or email the lab at least 24 hours before their scheduled visit. By doing so, the patient's visit can be streamlined, and there will be time to educate the patient about any necessary preparations for testing. 

Eternal Diagnostics Lab has a policy of accepting patients 18 years or older.
